"The dedication by the faculty, staff and students to professionalism and growth is what sets Kent State's Theatre and Dance department apart from others. Not only can you achieve your goals there, the staff will help you find talents you did not even know you had and help you grow them as well as long as you are willing to put in the work to get there. The best part is that they provide so much opportunity to create and explore away from the faculty produced work that you cannot help but find your true self. I went in an actor and came out an actor, director, writer, producer and stage manager. It was without question the greatest four years of my life. The memories, experiences and especially friendships I made at Kent will be with me the rest of my life."
